Canyon Gate technology comes into play as soon as residents and visitors
arrive to the community. Manned-electronic gates allow residents to enter
with EZ tag access and monitor visitors through the guard-gated entries. The
gate attendant will greet visitors and residents 24 hours a day 7 days a
week.
 The technology advantage continues as resident’s access their resort-style
amenities. Each resident is scanned into the community’s hand geometry
reader, which in turn takes a 3-dimensional view of the hand in order to
determine the geometry and metrics around the finger length, height and
other details.
A convenient scan of a full hand allows residents secure entry to the
community’s recreational facilities. It also provides peace of mind, by only
allowing residents and their invited guest to obtain full access to the
