FREE GOLF MONTH BEGINS FOR CANYON GATE COMMUNITIES
HOUSTON, March 6 – Two free rounds of golf at Houston National Golf Club await home shoppers who tours the model homes of any of the 5 featured Canyon Gate communities between now and April 5. The promotion specifies only one pair passes per person, per community, allowing visitors to increase their rewards by touring more than one Canyon Gate community.
The promotion is limited to the first 500 visitors per community through April 5, and is offered to visitors of Stone Gate, Canyon Lakes at Stone Gate, Legends Ranch, Canyon Gate at the Brazos and Canyon Village at Cypress Springs. Golf tickets will be mailed to visitors after they complete their tour, and may be redeemed within one year.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate that the 18-hole Houston National Golf Club, soon to be 27 holes, has been ranked the #2 course in Houston for the past 2 years. The rankings are determined by USGA Course Ratings. The course was designed by golf-course architect Robert Von Hagge and is characterized by dramatic berms and links-style play.
Stone Gate or Canyon Lakes
To become eligible for Free golf by touring homes in Stone Gate, just stop by the Stone Gate Information & Technology Center 7 days a week, or the Stone Gate Recreation Center Clubhouse Tuesdays through Sundays for registration materials, information, and a map.
The Participating Builders featured in Stone Gate offer a selection of homes that range from the $120’s to the $300’s–many on prime golf-course and lakeside homesites.
Legends Ranch
For visitors to Legends Ranch, registration forms may be picked up at any of the builders’ model homes 7 days a week.
Offering homes priced from the low $100’s to the $300s, Legends Ranch recently celebrated the Grand Opening of 13 decorated model homes. Construction is underway on a $1.5 million Recreation Center & Clubhouse, including a toddler splash pool, jr. Olympic pool, extensive children’s play area, arbors and jogging trails.
