New section open at Park Lakes – The Estates of Park Lakes
Houston, July 21, 2007 –Just 15-miles from downtown, Park Lakes host eight of Houston’s leading builders, each presenting architectural designs complimenting lakeside living in both gated and non-gated villages.

The 24-hour Guard-Gated community with Private Gated Sections. The double gate system allows residents to have a sense of privacy and security beyond any other gated community.
The Estates gated neighborhood entry off Wilson Road is monitored 24 hours/day at the manned guard house. A camera surveillance system provides digital records of time and date of monitored activity. The second private gated neighborhood entry is located at the entrance to The Estates of Park Lakes section on Park Lakes Canyon Trace Drive. This gate gives access only to estates residents through an EZ Tag reader system. Visitors will not be able to access this section through the private entrance.
In addition to the exclusivity of The Estates of Park Lakes, residents of this section will enjoy extra amenities, including parks, children’s playscape & outdoor activity center, over 2.5-miles of connected jogging trails, landscaped lake reserves, and fountains.

Park Lakes Elementary, the Humble ISD elementary school, is located in Canyon Village at Park Lakes. Children from Canyon Gate at Park Lakes and Canyon Village at Park Attend this brand new elementary school.
