Celebrate WIFI Homes in Westheimer Lakes and Park Lakes
HOUSTON, March 25, 2006– To celebrate WIFI technology in Canyon Gate Communities, visitors touring select model homes will receive a $25 gift card to Best Buy and a $25 dining voucher for the Stone Gate Grille.
Promotion guidelines specify only one Best Buy and Grille voucher per person, per community, and allow visitors to increase their rewards by touring more than one Canyon Gate community.
The promotion is through March 26, and is offered to visitors of Park Lakes and Westheimer Lakes. Gift certificates will be mailed to visitors after they complete their tour.
Park Lakes and Westheimer Lakes provide residents with the finest in-home technology, which now includes a wireless router in every home.
As mandated by the developer, builders are required to install advanced in-home wiring in every
Canyon Gate® home. This infrastructure is designed to best utilize the Honeywell® home connection center that is also a standard in each home.
With this pre-wiring, residents can easily install monitoring cameras, control lighting from one location, or share computers, printers and entertainment equipment throughout the home.
