Westpark Tollway Now Open!


The newly opened Westpark Tollway makes getting to and from Westheimer Lakes easier than ever. The Westpark Tollway allows residence to live only thirty minutes from the amenities and major business centers in and around Houston.

Westheimer Lakes, including Westheimer Lakes North incorporates the hallmark standards that stamp a Canyon Gate community, such as gated & non-gated neighborhoods priced from the low $100’s, advanced in-home technology, and resort-style recreation.

Westheimer Lakes is a one of the newest Canyon Gate communities— located in thriving West Houston. The 592-acre project offers homes from the low $100’s-$300’s, and will feature gated and non-gated monitored neighborhoods built around a network of lakes.
