Welcome to Canyon Gate Communities - Gated and non-gated master planned communities

CANYON GATE COMMUNITIES UNVEIL MORE IN 2005

HOUSTON, January 15, 2004– Stone Gate, Legends Ranch, Canyon Gate at the Brazos–three of the Canyon Gate family of communities sharing the concept of gated, high-tech neighborhoods with reasonably-priced homes priced from the low $100s. Each community has its own personality, but is strategically located near top-performing schools, major thoroughfares and centers of commerce. Inside are resort-style amenities and community concierge just for residents.

Stone Gate & Canyon Lakes–Home to Houston National Golf Club
Built against a backdrop of golf-course berms, palm trees and several lakes, Stone Gate, including Canyon Lakes, offers private, gated neighborhoods monitored by a 24-hour concierge. Homes are priced from the low $100’s to the $400’s, and include technology-ready wiring and advanced broadband networking as a standard feature.

The community is designed around the 27-hole Houston National Golf Course and a network of lakes, while residents enjoy a $1.5 million Recreation Center & Clubhouse, neighborhood parks, and the first-ever SplashPad Texas. For the past 2 years, Stone Gate has been listed among Houston’s Top Three Most Active Master-Planned Communities, according to independent market research firm Metro/Study.

Legends Ranch
Characterized by tree-lined neighborhoods, lakeside homesites, and a winding street plan, Legends Ranch is the first Canyon Gate community to debut north of downtown Houston. The entrance to Legends Ranch is a drive-thru manned guard house with EZ-tag entry for residents and monitored access to visitors–a hallmark feature of Canyon Gate community.

Straight ahead is the community’s centerpiece–a $1.5 million Recreation Center & Clubhouse, where residents enjoy a private clubhouse, toddler splash pool, jr. Olympic pool, extensive children’s play area, arbors and jogging trails.

Canyon Village at Cypress Springs
Showcasing 11 new model homes, upgraded technology and pre-grand opening prices, Canyon Village at Cypress Springs is the latest of the Canyon Gate family of communities to make its debut. Technology-ready homes priced from the low $100s to the $200s include advanced in-home wiring and a Home Director® networking distribution center in every home.

Canyon Gate at the Brazos
Not far from the banks of the Brazos River and its native pecan trees, Canyon Gate at the Brazos has a guard-gated entrance, gated neighborhoods and a full-service Recreation Center & Clubhouse. Like all Canyon Gate communities, homes are wired for the latest advances in technology, including broadband internet access.

New Projects
Two new Canyon Gate communities have begun initial sales this fall. They are Park Lakes, a 1,500-acre project off Beltway 8 and Wilson Road; and Westheimer Lakes, a 592-acre project that will feature gated and non-gated monitored neighborhoods built around a network of lakes. In 2005, both will celebrate their Grand Openings as a new stock of Canyon Gate Communities.
