New Models Open in Canyon Lakes at Stone Gate
Houston, November 13, 2004 – Canyon Lakes at Stone Gate combines winding streets with the water’s edge. The lakeside features of the community were created as an alternative to the golf course homesites in other sections of Stone Gate.
In Canyon Lakes, the largest of its three lakes is rimmed with jogging trails and has a gazebo and pier for residents’ to use. At night, lighted fountains add charm to the fall evenings.
Canyon Lakes at Stone Gate has extended its list of builders to include: Brighton Homes, CastleRock Communities, Deerwood Homes, DR Horton, First Texas Homes, Gehan Homes, Hammerly Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, Perry Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American, Serenity Homes, and Westin Homes.
There are more than 17 furnished model homes, representing 1-story and 2-story floor plans from the low $100’s-300’s
Canyon Lakes at Stone Gate is a community full of amenities. Adding to lake atmosphere is SplashPad Texas, a 5-acre water park and children’s playground area. SplashPad Texas has both a splash pad and a spray-play swimming pool. The splash pad alone has more than 6,000-square-feet of playing surface, including spray hoops, water tunnels, geysers and falling buckets. SplashPad Texas pad is open year round for residents, while the SplashPad pool is open from March through October.
Throughout the year, children of Canyon Lakes at Stone Gate enjoy the family-size playground area–large enough for 20-30 children–complete with tunnels, climbing equipment and a shaded sand box for building sandcastles.
