VISITORS CAN SCORE WITH CANYON GATE COMMUNITIES
HOUSTON, September 18, 2004–Canyon Gate home shoppers and Houston Chronicle readers are participating in “SCORE with Canyon Gate”, a citywide promotion with several ways to win. Details can be found by visiting canyongate.com, or by logging in to chron.com/score. No purchase is necessary, entry forms are readily available and each entry has an equal chance of winning.
The “SCORE with Canyon Gate” promotion features two drawings for a 42-inch plasma TV, plus prizes just for touring any of the featured Canyon Gate communities. Each person who registers and visits select model homes will receive two AMC movie tickets and two free rounds of golf at Stone Gate's Houston National Golf Club. The promotion ends Sept. 30 and specifies only one pair of golf and movie passes per person, per community, allowing visitors to increase their rewards by touring more than one Canyon Gate community.
"Our free golf and movie promotion continues to bring new visitors to our communities,'' said Al Brende, Land Tejas co-founder. ``It is a win-win promotion because it brings interested buyers to see what's new in our communities, and it introduces the Houston National Golf Club to those who might not know it is in Stone Gate.''
The 27-hole Houston National Golf Club, located in the Stone Gate community, has been ranked the #2 course in Houston for the past 2 years. The rankings are determined by USGA Course Ratings. The course was designed by golf-course architect Robert Von Hagge and is characterized by dramatic berms and links-style play.
To become eligible for Free Movie & Golf by touring homes in Stone Gate, just stop by the Stone Gate Information & Technology Center 7 days a week, or the Stone Gate Recreation Center Clubhouse Tuesdays through Sundays for registration materials, information, and a map.
For visitors to Legends Ranch, registration forms may be picked up at the Recreation Center Clubhouse, or at any of the builders’ model homes 7 days a week.
Visitors to Canyon Gate at the Brazos may pick up their registration forms at the Recreation Center Clubhouse Tuesdays through Sundays.
Visitors to this new Canyon Gate community may pick up their registration forms at any of the builders’ model homes 7 days a week.
