Welcome to The Estates of Park Lakes.
The 24-hour Guard-Gated community with Private Gated Sections. The double gate system allows residents to have a sense of privacy and security beyond any other gated community.
The Estates gated neighborhood entry off Wilson Road is monitored 24 hours/day at the manned guard house. A camera surveillance system provides digital records of time and date of monitored activity. Residents enter the gates through an EZ Tag reader system, while visitors gain access through the 24-hour guard at the Wilson Road entry gate.
The second private gated neighborhood entry is located at the entrance to The Estates of Park Lakes section on Park Lakes Canyon Trace Drive. This gate gives access only to estates residents through an EZ Tag reader system. Visitors will not be able to access this section through the private entrance.
In addition to the exclusivity of The Estates of Park Lakes, residents of this section will enjoy extra amenities, including parks, children’s playscape & outdoor activity center, over 2.5-miles of connected jogging trails, landscaped lake reserves, and fountains.
