The Canyon Gate concept grew from an observation that there were no guard-gated communities offering entry-level and move-up homes in the Houston marketplace. From this assessment, the founders of Land Tejas crafted their vision and created a family of communities never before seen.

The developer is the first in the nation to mandate a high-level of technology throughout their community. As specified in recorded deed restrictions, builders must install upgraded structured wiring and a home networking connection center.
